I'm really excited to have the book out there and happy to offer it at no charge. I've poured what I've learned over the past seven years into the book in order to offer a fundamentally sound path for getting started (or re-started) with social media. While the technical is important (the how), it is also important to get at the why and what so enjoy. All feedback is most appreciated.
One thing that comes up often and I'm working on is this question:
"How do I get my boss or others in administration to understand why social media is important to our work and our organization?" Is this a question you face too? What have you learned that might help others? What objections do you hear? What gifts have you experienced using social media?
